Retinax was Master Org's former bodyguard 3000 years ago. He swore to protect Master Org but he was defeated by the Predazord. Retinax wasn't destroyed, but he ran away and hid for 3000 years until when he heard that Master Org had returned. He was found one night on a train by Jindrax and Toxica. Jindrax and Toxica thought he could be useful for information on Master Org's past. He helped Freezer Org as well as Jindrax and Toxica fight the rangers, coming up short. Retinax fought the Kongazord and succeeded in freezing it for awhile until the Soul Bird Egg hatched. He was then severely hurt by Mega Roar from the Wild Force Megazord. He managed to get a glimpse of Master Org, who then destroyed him, for unknown reasons.

Retinax looks as if he has three eyes, but has two. The center eye is probably a mind reader. His horn is large for an org and sticks out from his back. His weapon is an axe that is on a staff.
