KITE

Kite shares a bond with the city he lives in. He once tried to protect it from Mandilok's appetite, by attempting to block Mandliok's walking path. He also knew beforehand that the ancient animal statues were angry that they were being disturbed by the construction that was going on at the time. Kite also seems to be familiar with the Princess's "Ode to Nature" song, as he asked himself when she sang it "Where have I heard this song before?". One day, Kite was watching TV in the Temple Ruins, and noticed an oil tanker that spilled off of a coast. He became enraged, and asked the Rangers why were the humans destroying the Earth. He then ran off, and then was convinced by Mandilok to join the Orgs. Mandilok showed him how humans were destroying the Earth, and he gave in. Later, the Rangers attempted to rescue him. Merrick tried to help him but Kite's powers shoved Merrick back. Later, during a Megazord battle, Kite was revealed to be Animus as his body are the five zords that make up Animus. He specifially said that the Rangers nor the Orgs are getting the Wild Zords. He took them away, which made the Princess go into a deep sleep. Later, he awoke the Princess, without the Rangers knowing. Kite arrived back on Earth as Merrick was looking at the Wild Zord statue. He tried to convince Merrick to come with him, and told him humans in today's world don't care about each-other or the Earth, but Merrick didn't give in. He then ran off. Kite didn't take away Merrick's Predazord, so Merrick used it when an Org grew. Later, all of the Rangers and the Princess met up with Kite, and Kite told them that it was only a test, and that all of the Wild Zords were of use to them once again. Then, he revealed himself to be the boy in the dark world, where the Rangers had to solve that puzzle to help Cole and Merrick, that got them the Falcon Wild Zord and Falcon Summoner. He left for awhile, but when Master Org threatened the Earth by growing, he came as Animus to fight Master Org. Bravely, he fought with Merrick and his Predazord, but ended up being destroyed. Kite was made into his human form, and he and Merrick were teleported to the Temple Ruins, where he later turned into gold dust, just like every Wild Zord after they were destroyed. After the Rangers defeated Master Org, every Wild Zord the Rangers had, including many more, were resurrected. Kite/Animus was not seen, but they probably were resurrected as well.

Kite is shy, self-centered, and rude at times, but when he's happy, he can be a loving boy. Cole seems to be taking an interest in him, taking the boy out for ice cream. What does the future for this kid look like?
