We see the Big Turtle, and then Cole running on a beach. He stops, and then looks in the sky. We zoom in on a cliff, at the same time Cole is yelling "Red Lion!". He climbs up the cliff like he did in the first episode, but this time, he doesn't fall off. He looks into the Animarium, and sees just scenary, no Wild Zords (because that jackass Animus took them away). Cole takes a look, and tells himself they really are gone. Cole takes a look down, and the music suddenly changes the mood into a "panic" mode. Cole runs by a tree, and immediately yells "Princess Shayla!". He runs down the hill to find the Princess, who is still "resting" from the last episode (that darn Animus). He continues to yell out her name as he runs down the hill, and then when he approaches her body, does some sort of slide. Cole then picks her up rather quickly and then gently slaps her face a little, while yelling out "Princess!" (I'll laugh if the Princess wakes up and gets a tantrum at Cole). He then softly grabs her mouth as he asks the Princess if he can hear him. Cole sounds somewhat releaved as he breathes for a bit, then gets his Growl Phone and tells someone "come quick".

The Princess is now lying on a bed. Alyssa says "She's in a deep sleep". Danny asks why is she asleep. Cole says the Princess protects the Wild Zords, and now that they are gone, she's gone too (she's just sleeping, and besides, Animus didn't take ALL the Wild Zords, from what I could tell last episode). Max says they let the Princess down (shame on you Rangers). Danny looks at the ground, and Cole does as well, and adds in "We let Animus down" (what? How can he say that?). Cole says he took away their Wild Zords because he doesn't believe in them anymore (that's not true, Animus is just a punk). Taylor says he's upset that they didn't try harder to keep humans from destroying the Earth. Alyssa says they did their best. Cole shakes his head, and says it wasn't enough. Danny has an urgent facial expression. Cue up the background music for "Ode To Nature". He lifts up his shoulders and says they're not good enough to protect the Earth (yeah you all are, you've protected it for 33 episodes already!). The Rangers all look at Sleeping Beauty (Princess Shayla).

We're at the bar. Merrick is sitting in a chair while Willie is looking into a pool stick like it was a telescope. Willie asks Merrick for a game. Merrick just sits there, and says he doesn't feel like playing. We zoom in on Merrick, while Willie gets ready to play solo. Merrick looks on a napkin, where three cinnamon donut holes lay (or they might be his frozen Animal Crystals).

We go into the Nexus now, with Jindrax and Toxica. Jindrax says "Mandilok is such a great boss, look at what he has done to the Rangers, thanks to him, they have nothing!" (they have their pride, powers, and more, what is he talking about?). Toxica says "Animus has abandonded them, their Wild Zords are gone!" (That was worse than the time Dimitria left the defenseless Turbo Rangers to go to Eltar, leaving the Rangesr nothing). Jindrax and Toxica skip in a circle. Toxica says that the Rangers are now defenseless. Toxica does her little laugh. Jindrax asks if he's not a genius for coming up with the idea to find Mandilok. Jindrax points to his ears and tells Toxica "Plant one here baby" (uh). Toxica says "What are you talking about? It wasn't your idea. It was my idea!" Jindrax fires back, "Your idea? I thought of it". Toxica grunts, and says "did not". Jindrax says "did too". Toxica says "did not" one more time, and the two look to be ready to fight. Then, Mandilok yells out "Silence!". Mandilok's bottom voice says "Finally, the Wild Zords are gone". Mandilok's top voice says "Animus has taken them away, abandoning the Rangers, leaving them to fight without their help!". Everyone shares a little laugh. Jindrax and Toxica then stare at something. Mandilok's bottom voice says it's going to be fun watching the Rangers lose their final battle (sure is cocky). Both voices for Mandilok now laugh. Jindrax and Toxica look at each other in confusement.

We see the Princess, sleeping on the Temple Ruins. Alyssa is sitting down, watching over her bed. Alyssa says "Princess Shayla, you taught us all so much about the Wild Zords, Animaria, the Orgs, nature, ourselves, I have always wanted to just say...thank you for everything you've done for us, even if you can't help us anymore, we'll still continue your mission, and keep fighting to protect the Earth, somehow, I promise". Towards the end of her soliloquy, she puts her hands on the Princess's.

We're in the city now, as Max and Danny stroll through, walking. They're on a bridge now, and Max leans on a railing. Danny gets Max's shoulder and his body language indicates to Max that he should keep walking. Taylor looks to be in a field, looking at a mountain top. Taylor looks up, then down. Cole just walked out of a door, and sees Merrick (Merrick's jacket is off). Cole slaps a hand on Merrick's back. Merrick seems to be unscrewing something from a carpenting project. Merrick says "hey Cole" in a depressed tone. Cole tells Merrick he's been looking for him. Merrick asks "What's up?". Cole hesitates, and says "Princess Shayla is asleep". Merrick immediately stops working and looks at Cole. He says "What" in a shocked mood. Cole says he found her on the Animarium in the morning, and says she's asleep again, like she had been for 3000 years. Merrick immediately storms off, as Cole yells "Merrick" (what's he going to do).

We now see a robot, who is laughing (look for him on toy shelves this holiday season). The toy robot is near three workers, who put their hard hats on and laugh about something. One of the guys asks "What is that?", as another one of the "guys" laughs. The robot says "Destroy all humans" (Could he be related to Frax?). The three guys aren't laughing no more, as they look confused now. The robot says humans destroy the Earth, and says he destroys humans. He lifts up his left arm, and fire comes out. The three guys just stand their, bracing themselves for the big fireball. It hits them, and a big explosion occurs.

On the Temple Ruins, the tron erupts (the pond with the sacred water). Alyssa runs over, and says "There's an Org". Danny and Max just sit there, with their heads down. Alyssa says they have to do something. Max says they can't fight without their Wild Zords (well, yeah you can, but only while the Org is not giant size; once the Org grows giant, then you can ditch the "Never Give Up" motto). Max had been sitting on a table, and goes indian style in his sitting position. He says they're not strong enough. Alyssa says they're rangers, and that they have to protect the Earth with or without their Wild Zords. Taylor says "We can't win." (she always is positive about situations, what's gotten into her?). Alyssa says they have to try. She says they have to show Animus that they don't need his help (Excellent reason) and that they can do it on their own. No one changes their mood. Taylor has her back to Alyssa. Alyssa says "We can't give up". Danny looks up at Alyssa (maybe he remembered his motto). Max looks at Danny. Danny looks around, and says "Never Give Up". Max then says "Never Give Up". Alyssa smiles. Taylor then decides to say it (A first I guess).

We see the toy robot walk around, and he says "Evolution is not the solution" (meaning he doesn't believe in Darwin's Theory on evolution, he must not be a fan of Pokemon or Digimon). The robot fires fire blaster from his left arm. Two guys fly over some wood. One guy who had his back to a truck now runs. A little girl with her dog stands there, as a helmet rolls around her. Everyone is panicing. One person fals on a barrel. More explosions defuse near a big group of people. The toy robot says "Make pole fall down!". He fires his blaster, and melts a pole, which makes a big column fall on top of a man's legs who was sitting on the ground to begin with. The toy robot looks around, and looks at a little girl. He walks over to her, as he says "destroy more stuff". The girl breathes heavy, as one of the workers rolls out of the way (what a sissy). Just then, the Rangers roll behind the sight of the toy robot. Cole says "Stop right there!". The toy robot turns around, and sees the Rangers (minus Merrick, maybe he decided to play pool with Willie?). We see Mandilok, Toxica, and Jindrax laughing from a bridge. Mandilok's top voice tells the Rangers that they have no chance now of fighting Orgs (nothing has changed the Rangers abilities to fight the Orgs with the exception of the giant battles). It says without Animus and their Wild Zords, they are too weak. Cole says that's not going to let that stop them. Cole says "guys", and immediately, the Rangers stick out there weapons used in the Jungle Sword. The Rangers then charge.

We see Merrick, at the foot of the statue from "Homecoming, the one with the Lion on the front? Merrick takes a knee in front of the statue, and says "My friends, I don't know what to do, the Princess is asleep, Animus took the Wild Zords away (that jerk) I don't know how we're going to protect the Earth without them." Just then, some gold dust appears behind Merrick. Merrick turns around to see and stands up. He looks excited to see Kite/Animus (I wouldn't be). Kite looks to be in a bad mood (and STILL has that dumb look on his face). He tells Merrick he can't fight for the people in this world (his voice now echoes). Kite continues on, saying Merrick is from a different time, when humans cared about the Earth. He tells Merrick he doesn't belong in this time period (yeah he does). Merrick closes his eyes and looks down. Kite continues on and tells Merrick to come to be with him and the Wild Zords (where would he be going? where Kite is trying to take Merrick is probably an animal zoo). Merrick just stares at Kite (I'm hoping that he's staring at him because he's an idiot).

The toy robot is now on the attack. He has this little turning disc wheel, and uses it on Taylor's chest, and then slashes her out of the way. Taylor rolls to the other Rangers, and Cole asks her if she's ok. Now, he gets his left hand and pulls a string to get his little helicoptor thing on his head wound up, and it fires at the rangers. The rangers get out of the way in time. Cole calls for his Lion Blaster. He fires it, but it is deflected, as the workers from earlier now watch behind boxes and crates. Now, the Rangers charge at the toy robot. Danny's attack is blocked and he ends up flaling down. Alyssa's swing with her Tiger Baton is swatted away. Taylor tries to slash with her sword but the toy robot hits it and Taylor ends up flipping over. Max tries a swing with his Fighting Fins but the scene switches to the girl from earlier with her dog and presumably her mother, who is a worker.

Merrick seems to be staring away from Kite. Kite sticks out his hand right at the neck of Merrick. He tells him to come and join him and the Wild Zords and together they will find a new world (I think Merrick wants to go to a world where people play pool, which is Earth. Even if this "new world" of Kite's has pool, he'd be too short to play! He couldn't reach the pool table!). Kite says "Merrick". Merrick has no reply, and just stares down at Kite (as I think, looking down on him, as he should be). Merrick's facial expression at the moment looks serious.

The toy robot hits Alyssa and Taylor in one slash, as they both flip backwards. Danny and Max come to their aide. The toy robot turns around and says he's bored with the Rangers. The people who were watching earlier now scream, including the little girl and her dog and her mother. Danny and Max try to stop the toy robot, but they are overpowered (I could imagine Max being overpowered, but Danny?). Alyssa shows up for a split-second and gets hit off the screen. Taylor is next as she gets hit on the other side from where Alyssa was. Cole comes in the center with a kick, that is blocked, and gets hit once and then thrown into the building where all the people are. Then, the toy robot hits all of the rangers in one big motion. The Rangers roll to where Cole is, behind them, all the workers. The toy robot fires something, and the rangers get hit. Then, the toy robot aims for the ceiling of the building/warehouse, and all the stuff falls on the Rangers and the workers. Not enough stuff though to trap the Rangers or people. The Rangers lie on the ground as the workers run away in panic. Taylor grunts "Go!". We hear someone grunting as one person is trying to push a big pillar off of something. Cole turns around to hear Mandilok's voice laughing. Mandilok shows up with Jindrax and Toxica. Mandilok asks if they saw that. It claims that "That is the soul of humans you protect, they only care about themselves and run away in fear, leaving each-other behind". Cole grabs some dirt in his hand (probably to feed to Mandilok's big mouth). We hear someone yelling for help, as it is the girl's mom. The girl is lying on the ground, trying to get out from all of the rubble. Cole tells them to try to stay calm. Just then, a faint siren sounds (Lightspeed?) and someone yells "Hang on!" (Mandilok was wrong, humans run away sometimes to get more help, or maybe they really did hear Mandilok). We see some ordinary guys come to the rescue. Cole notes they're coming back to help. One guy has a crow bar, and yells "Come on, we gotta help them!". One guy says "Hang in there!". Three guys get the end of one metal piece and lift with all of what they got. Taylor looks on and says "careful". The metal piece is rising above the persons's legs (didn't that happen twice to that lady?). Danny and Max look on, as the workers pull off the metal piece that was trapping the girl. Alyssa says they've come. Cole says "yeah". The metal piece is finally moved, as the guy helps the girl up by her hands as she says "thank you". The four (formerly three) guys pulling the metal piece help the mother up, as she also says thank you. The girl then directs her attention to finding Rusty (her dog). She calls out his name. One worker already has him (an ugly mutt). The girl smiles, as we see the dog in the guys hands. It barks ("No quiero Taco Bell"). Alyssa tells them to get to safety and says they'll be ok (are you sure you're going to be ok Alyssa?). One guy says "Come on, let's get outta here". The workers start to sprint off. The Rangers finally get on their feet, and confront the Orgs. Cole asks if Mandilok saw that. Mandilok clenches its fist. Cole points back and says "That is the true soul of humanity".

We see Merrick's Lunar Caller on his wrist, as he's listening to Cole. Cole is saying "Humans sometimes make mistakes, but in times of need, we humans will do whatever it takes to help their friends, even without our Zords, we will use our souls to protect the Earth." Kite holds out his hand and thinks that Merrick has already agreed to come with him. He says "let's go". A gold light appears from the sky, and both Kite and Merrick look at it. The light is coming out from a hole in the sky. Merrick looks at it strangely. Merrick thinks back to what Cole just said, "In times of need, we humans will do whatever it takes to protect our friends".

The toy robot walks towards the rangers, and tells them they're doomed without their Zords (what do the Zords have to do with this battle? And why don't the Rangers use their Zords more often? Like then the Org is small, I bet the Lion Wild Zord could eat the Org the Rangers are fighting right now for a snack). He fires a blast at the rangers which send them to the ground. The toy robot continues to walk, and says the Rangers are so weak. Cole stumbles to get up, and says they're going to protect the Earth and all mankind from the Orgs, until they can't fight anymore.

Kite is still trying to get Merrick to come with him, and then asks him what's his choice. Kite tells Merrick to come with him and be saved, or stay on "this doomed world" (Kite's an idiot, final answer). Merrick tells "Animus", that 3000 years ago he was his dear friend and he will never forget that, but they live in the present now, and the people in this world have become his friends, they don't have him or the Wild Zords to protect them, all they have is their friends, and says that's why he can't leave them (yeah! in your face Kite!). Kite has that stupid look on his face. Merrick finishes by saying "I choose to stay". Merrick then runs off (Kite better not get a beam that beams Merrick up automatically). Merrick is running and in his head, apologizes to Animus but says he can't leave his friends (why doesn't he just use his Savage Wolf Cycle or whatever it's called? He'd get there much faster). We see the Princess sleeping (maybe Merrick's coming to her). Now, we see Merrick running in s-l-o-w motion (why doesn't he just use his Savage Cycle? Oh, unless his Animal Crystal being frozen prevents him from doing that, but he could just call a taxi). We see the Princess's face as she's still asleep. Then, a gold beam from above shines on the Princess and a familiar voice says "Princess Shayla, you may now awaken". The Princess's eyes open and she comes back from her sleep (what happened? Maybe Merrick punched some sense into Kite). The Princess gets up from her bed, and asks "Animus, is that you?". Animus shines right there, in front of her bed.

The toy robot has his arm sticking out, ready to fire his fire blaster. He says "Ta-ta rangers", as the Rangers can only stand there. Just then, sparks fly from the toy robot as Merrick flips into the battle. He kicks the toy robot several times, and then gives one last dropkick from good measure. The toy robot falls into some metal boxes and trash cans. Taylor says "Merrick, this is great, you came to help us". The Rangers stumble over to Merrick. Merrick says "Of course, I'm here to protect the future and hope of this world, and help my friends defeat the Orgs", as he twists his fist similar to what the Lightspeed Rangers did when they had their Battle Boosters. Cole says "Yeah, I never doubted for a minute that you'd show up!" Taylor says "Let's show these Orgs whose boss". Danny says "yeah!". Max jabs his hands and says "Never give up" from out of nowhere. Alyssa says "the world is relying on us". Just then, Merrick's three cinnamon donuts turn back into Animal Crystals, in a flash. He looks at them, and tells the crystals they've returned to help him, and thanks them. The toy robot asks if Merrick wants to play a game of pool. Merrick doesn't answer, he just says "Laser Pool", and slashes his arm, creating a green grid. He sets the Animal Crystals down, and Merrick does Lunar Break and hits the balls at the toy Org, destroying him. Merrick is shown in his pose with the other Rangers. Toxica is right there to help the toy robot grow. Mandilok's top voice tells the Rangers they will never defeat the giant Org without their Wild Zords (Merrick has his!). Merrick points out that the rangers may not have their Wild Zords anymore, but he still has his (what is he talking about, he is a Ranger!). Merrick calls down his Wild Zords, by throwing his Animal Crystals in the sky, forming the Predazord. He awakens the Predazord by inserting his Lunar Cue. The Predazord stands behind a red sky (must be a bad day). The Predazord attempts to charge with its Gator Staff, but the toy robot unleashes a blast from its chest at the Predazord. A big spark comes from the Predazord. The Princess is back, as she comes to the Rangers. Cole notes on who it is. Alyssa tells her she's awake. The Princess tells the Rangers that their Wild Zords are ever connected to their hearts and call on them to help Merrick. The Rangers say "right". The Rangers' hands glow purple (or pink). The Rangers look on their hands, as Cole sees a lion symbol and says "Blazing Lion". Taylor does the same, and says "Soaring Eagle", Max says "Surging Shark", Danny says "Iron Bison", and Alyssa says "Noble Tiger". The Princess looks on and nodds. Cole tells everyone "All right guys, let's do it, souls of the Wild Zords, lend Merrick your strength!". The Rangers put their hands together in a circle and Merrick, in the Predazord cockpit, feels it as he lifts his arms out. The Predazord is also engulged in this energy, as everything from the Megazord glows, and the eyes change from yellow to green (Whatever that means). Now, the Predazord stands behind a full moon. The Predazord then descends to Earth, as it's dark now (from when it was dusk). Merrick calls for "Full Moon". The Rangers on the ground celebrate along with the Princess (doesn't look that dark from where I'm looking). Merrick calls for "Wolf Fury", but both arms lunge into the toy robot, hitting it sucessfully. It falls backwards, but lands on two feet, and laughs. Mandilok's two voices ask the toy robot "What are you waiting for, finish him off!". The toy robot says "right", as he fires a beam of energy which is blocked by a light in-front of the Predazord (pretty powerful energy the Rangers sent to Merrick) and sent back to the toy robot. Merrick looks up, and we see a familiar gold dust. It's Animus. Cole and Merrick say his name. Merrick asks Animus if he's going to take him away with him (I thought Merrick had a choice). Animus says that is why he is not here. Merrick asks why. Animus said he wanted to fight along side him 3000 years ago, but he never had the chance. Merrick says "So fight with me now!". Animus says "I'd be honored". The Predazord and Animus stand side-by-side. The toy robot has a malfunction probably, as it walks towards both Megazords and says "Destroy..Zords". Animus's eyes glow, as he gets a big doss of energy and unleashes it on the toy robot. The toy robot is still there as the attack does nothing. Merrick calls for Full Moon Wave where a big beam is fired from the Alligator's mouth, blowing up the toy robot (the Rangers don't need Animus, since the Predazord is easily more powerful than Animus). The Rangers celebrate on the ground, as both Megazords stand there in victory (the Predazord did all the work).

We're back at the statue place, as the Rangers and the Princess run to Kite, who is looking at the statue. Kite turns around, and changes his outfit to a Backstreet boy type costume. Cole, Merrick, and the Princess look strangely at Kite, while Danny and Taylor are in-amazement. Danny says "It's...you!". Max tells Kite he's the boy from the dark dimension (funny, I thought they said "they couldn't remember" from the "The Wings of Animaria". We see the door from "The Wings of Animaria" open, and we see the boy, as we zoom in on him. We did not see that the first time. Alyssa says "We not only saved ourselves that time, we also brought you back to this world Kite" (that was an accident probably). Taylor says "no, Animus". Kite says he took the Wild Zords from them (you little punk) as a test. He says he wanted to see if they were truly dedicated to protecting the Earth. He says they have passed the test. We look at each Ranger while Kite is saying this. Alyssa looks pretty tired, Max is probably listening (one kid to another), Taylor looks like she's paying attention too, Danny looks like he doesn't get it, Cole is looking on, the Princess is smiling, and Merrick has an angry look on his face (for some reason). Kite looks in the sky, as we see images of Animus, and then the Predazord to the right and the Kongazord and Wild Force Megazord to the left of Animus. Everyone looks over. Kite says he's giving back to the Rangers their Wild Zords. They will be there as long as they need them. Cole says "Thank you Animus", as the Princess smiles from the back. Animus nodds and holds up his hands as some gold dust emerges and he releases it to the ground, revealing a new veichle. Cole's eyes widen, as the Princess looks excited. The other four Rangers' mouths open. We see this new veichle. Kite says "This is a gift, for saving my life". Cole looks at Kite and nodds, as the Princess looks as if she's at a loss of words (a little off topic here, but it wasn't Cole that saved Kite's life in "The Wings of Animaria", if that's what Kite is talking about, but he did save Kite's butt from when he stole food from the construction workers). Danny patts Cole on the back to go and check out the bike. Kite presents the Rangers with the "Wild Force Rider". Kite says "Goodbye my friend, you have done well here". Merrick nodds. Kite smiles (for once). Kite's face turns gold, as he has a pretty big smile on his face (probably because he didn't get beat up). His body turns into gold dust and goes into Animus's chest. The Princess asks Animus if they will see him again. Animus says there is no reason for him to return now (yeah, since the Rangers have proven they don't need you). Animus says the Rangers have proven their worthiness, and says that this is their fight. The Princess nodds. Animus bids farewell and turns into gold dust and flies in the sky. The Princess tells Animus goodbye, Merrick tells him "I'll miss you old friend", Max and Alyssa just stare, as do Taylor and Danny. Cole tells Animus they won't let him down, and says he promises.
