photographer at the <I>Silver Hills Inquistor</i>, similar to some of the magazines trying to exploit celebrities and publishing strange people that can do weird stuff. Prior to trying to uncover the Ranger's identities, he photographed them during action. When forced to photograph the rangers unmorphed or their helmets off in-risk of losing his job, he decided to do it and went to hire an assistant to help carry his camera equipment. He went to Odd Jobs and hired Katie, not knowing she was a ranger. Then, Mitch did what Bulk and School could not do in Season 2 of MMPR, see the Rangers unmorphed. He took pictures of them even when they were battered offering no assistance. Katie told him not to give them to his boss when confronted at his workplace. Then, an attack on the building forced Mitch to be stuck in an elevator and to be saved by Katie, this changed his mind and gave the pictures to Katie. We also find out later that he has quit his job saying he only wants to take pictures of what he wants.
