Circuit is an ally to the Time Force Rangers. Although he's just a small robotic owl, he is a big help. He can scan the area for trouble, communicate from the year 2001 to 3000 to get help, and program ships! Nadira even saw Circuit as a threat but was unsucessful in "deprogramming" him. Most of the time he stays in the backpack of Trip's.
