Flurious is the brother of Moltor. Of the two Flurious has the more intelligence. He and his brother attempted to steal the Corona Aurora many years ago on another side of the universe. He along with his brother failed because they were overpowered by the crown. As a result, he and his brother were permanently changed into monsters and sent off to separate distant planets.
When Andrew Hortford acquuired the Corona Aurora, Flurious awakened on his planet comprised mostly of ice. With his army of Chillers, he made his throne in a cave that was inhabited by a lone creature named Norg. After making several attempts early on to acquire the first jewel he has taken a back seat to watch his brother attempt to acquire the other jewels.
Because of his nature in the cold element he does not venture onto Earth often because of its warmer climate. Despite being brothers with Moltor they have an ongoing rivalry and often communicate with each other as to their progress in finding the Corona Aurora's jewels, mocking each other's progress and failures.
