Vexacus originally traveled to Earth in his own spacecraft in order to capture a Karmanian named Skyla. Vexacus was seeking the special power that Skyla eventually gave to Shane. He had a bitter relationship with Lothor prior to allying with him in-order to destroy the Power Rangers. Even though he and Lothor are allied, both have plans to wipe each-other out that they do not know about. Vexacus currently has a plan, to slowly destroy Lothor's army. His objective is to take out his generals one-by-one. He has currently destroyed Zurgane and Motodrone, with plans to take out Shimazu next.
