LOTHOR

Lothor is the head of all the aliens set out to capture Earth. He believes before he can set out to conquer Earth, he must eliminate all the ninja schools. He had done that when he sucked up the Wind Ninja Academy into the sky in the first episode, but three ninjas who later became the Power Rangers were not captured. He turned the Sensei of the Wind Ninja Academy into a guiena pig.

Lothor is an amazing fighter, who can shoot out fireballs with just a wave of his hand. Aside from capturing the Earth, he has another monumentous task of taking care of two of his nieces, Kapri and Marah. Whatever these two girls do, drives Lothor nuts.
