THE NINJA STORM VILLIANS



The villians in Ninja Storm are a unique group that is trying to capture Earth. Lothor and his army, which consist of his two nieces, Kapri and Marah, whom he can't stand but was asked to be taken care of by his relatives, Choobo, and Zurgane, have taken over every ninja school on Earth. They are only missing three students of all of the Ninja Acadmies, Dustin, Shane, and Tori. The villians are going to do anything to rid of the Rangers so they can freely capture the Earth. Their foot soilders are the Kelzaks. A Personal Alien Manager held by Kapri summons new monsters to attack the Earth.
