The Rescue Rover is the basic form of transporation to disaster sites, battle areas, or just patroling Mariner Bay. There are six seats, the two in the back are for Joel and Ryan, the middle two are for Chad and Kelsey, and Carter in the front as well as Dana. Carter is the usual driver but others rangers have driven it. Dana is an example. Non-rangers have driven it as well. Cap. Mitchell in "Cyborg Rangers".

The Rescue Rover was also used as Storm Blaster in Power Rangers Turbo.
