When the rangers battled Darkonda, Alpha 6 scanned the cards and found they were a powerful weapon created by Zordon. The rangers took the Delta Megaship and found the zords on one of Jupiter's moons.

Mega Voyager consists of 5 zords, Mega V-1, a robot, Mega V-2, a space shuttle (similar to the NASADA shuttle except bigger), Mega V-3, a rocket, Mega V-4, similar to a saucer?, Mega V-5, an ambulance ship or something close to that.

They all move real fast because they the distance from Jupiter and Earth is pretty far.

Mega Voyager's finisher is the Mega V-3 Missle, where Andros moves the control stick up, left, down, right.

The megazord has the standard Power Rangers megazord mode, Mega V-1 makes the chest, Mega V-2 the head, and Mega V-3 connects Mega V-5 (legs) and Mega V-1.

Mega Voyager can also combine with the Mega Winger's wings to make the Winged Voyager. This gives the Mega Voyager the capability to fly in the air and to fire the Mega V-3 missle if a monster is in the air.

Mega Voyager was destroyed when the rangers sacraficed it in order to destroy Tankenstein. The Mega Voyager was battered, but it stumbled its way to grab Tankenstein's sabre, stuck it into his body, and lifted both itself and Tankenstein up into the sky and self-destructed itself.
