The Astro Megaship and the NASADA Shuttle make up the Astro Megazord. This is the first megazord that all the rangers share (no individual zords). The Astro Megazord was formed when Alpha 6 decoded the black box from Zordon enabling the Astro Megazord transformation. When the Delta Megazord was turned evil, the rangers had to get it back and they did, but there energy levels were low, so Andros used his Battlizer and used the Astro-Delta transformation which combined the Delta Megazord and Astro Megazord into the Astro-Delta Megazord.

After the rangers destroyed all the evil in the universe, a new wave of evil came and Kai and Damon took the Astro Megaship to Mirinoi as they used the Astro Megaship for transporation. The NASADA Shuttle was missing, probably given back to NASADA.

The last time this megazord was used was when the rangers from Lost Galaxy and In Space teamed up to beat Psycho Pink. The Astro Megazord cannot be used anymore because the Galaxy Rangers self-destructed the ship in-order to stop the Scorpion Stinger from destroying the shuttles carrying passengers from Terra Venture during the last episodes of Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.
