Then, we see a little girl who could be lost, as she sits next to the WWF Arcade game. Carlos is still playing, now rapidly pushing the buttons, but his guy is kicked. Then, we see the little girl's mom, giving the little girl some quarters, then she has to do homework. Before that, Carlos loses the match, getting pinned (probably not the first time that's today). While Carlos is trying to wipe his sweat, the girl's mom says hi to Carlos. Carlos then immediately put his hand down and says hi too and it is nice to see her. The lady says that Carlos was one of her best students at Angel Grove High School, and then introduces her daugher, whose named Silvy. Then, Carlos shakes Silvy's hand (rather hard). Silvy's mom is asking Silvy for if she wants a soda and Silvy agrees to drink one. Then, Silvy's mom asks Carlos if he doesn't mind watching Silvy. Appreantly, Silvy's mom didn't ask Carlos for a drink since he was sweating. Carlos agrees though and tells Silvy to come over to the machine to watch him play. Carlos puts a token in the slot and claims that Silvy is watching the master. Carlos starts, and is already losing. Carlos's guy falls, then is pinned. Carlos gets game over, and is upset and claims that the machine is broken (he must have been facing Andre the Giant if he lost that fast). Silvy claims that when people lose, they think the machine is broken. Carlos offers a quarter and offers Silvy to try (now Silvy's mom REALLY owes Carlos). Silvy takes the quarter and puts it in the slot and Silvy plays. She plays a lot better than Carlos, as she's pushing buttons rather quick and says it works fine. Carlos's eyes and mouth are wide open. Silvy's mom then finally shows up with just 2 sodas. Silvy tells her mom to wait a minute as she's winning. Carlos tells Silvy that is was nice meeting her and Silvy's mom thanks Carlos but he still gets no soda, as he's sweating like a pig. Silvy manages to get a bye to Carlos. Carlos does the same with his back turned. Carlos then gets a beep on his communicator and looks for a place to go to morph. Carlos looks everywhere, he thinks he's found a place until he sees a women talking on the phone and a Surf Spot employee walking out of the spot where past rangers would morph and teleport. Carlos then sees two young adult girls walking out of a photo booth. Carlos goes in, then a flash occurs (he didn't take a picture though, or pay). Then, the rangers are on the roof with Megaranger footage. Carlos says he doesn't see anything but TJ says the DECA detected the monster in the area they are in. Carlos is then telling TJ "is he sure?". Then, a monster jumps from behind the rangers The monster is laughing as TJ says the monster is there (obviously). The monster then greets the rangers, then Ashley claims that he's harmless. Then, the monster shows the rangers by firing energy balls at the rangers. The rangers fall and the monster claims that what he just did is considered harmless.

Silvy is now walking through the Surf Spot and looks at the photobooth where a row of pictures fall out. Silvy then sees 4 pictures of Carlos, but one as the black ranger. Silvy then figures out he's the black ranger. Silvy then smiles and runs off

We're now in a Saban picture with TJ saying to get the monster. The rangers go but TJ is the only one fighting as he puts his hand in his mouth and then is thrown to the ground (now in a Megaranger set). The monster then flashes something at the rangers until we hear Andros. Andros then tries to do a Battlizer Punch but with no Battlizer as he falls to the ground with the help of the monster. Andros then calls for his Astro Blaster and fires at the monster. Andros then runs but sees no monster. Andros says he got away.

We're on the Dark Fortress as Astronema is just watching the battle you just watched, with the monster saying "stunning" three of four times

Astronema is saying excellent with the Psycho Rangers in the back about the Information Datascamer of what he collected will be useful. Psycho Red then says that he will handle it to Astronema. He claims that he can do it without Datascanner's help. Psycho Black interupts and says that he wants to do it. Psycho Red then says that he's the strongest Psycho Ranger. Astronema then says that they underestimate their strength. Psycho Yellow then says that she underestimates the Psycho Ranger's strength.

Carlos in his room on the Astro Megaship, typing something on a labtop from a book. Carlos then streches and then, suddenly, he heres a "You have e-mail". Carlos then stops stretching and opens the email. Carlos then reads it as it says, "I know who you are, black ranger. I have something you want. Meet me at the fun center at noon". Carlos is saying "What the heck?". Then, he figures it's the Psycho Rangers (What do the Psycho Rangers have of Carlos's?). Carlos gets up and is already at the crowded fun center. Carlos walks up some stairs and looks at his comunicator, and then some other people. Silvy then sees Carlos and says "Hi" to him, Carlos does the same as he flinches a little. Silvy is asking what Carlos is doing. Carlos claims that he's sort of busy and he'll see Silvy later. Silvy says that Carlos doesn't look busy. Carlos says he is, claiming he's waiting for someone in a rather rude way. Slivy then tells to Carlos to stop waiting because she's here. Carlos then says he's waiting for someone in paticular and its quite important as he points his middle finger at Silvy (meant index finger). Carlos then says that "Does your mom know you're here?" in a rather rude way. Silvy says that she knows and gave her permission (what a caring mom). Carlos then says it is not a good time for him to hang out and walks Silvy towards the entrance to the fun center and says he'll see her later. Carlos then walks back but Silvy follows, telling Carlos he's pretty slow to be a power ranger. Carlos then has a weird face and is saying "What?". Silvy then says that she's the one who sent the e-mail (not mentioning the help of her mother). Carlos then laughs at himself and saying "Me? A power ranger? Boy, wouldn't that be nice". Carlos then says that whoever said that wasn't nice as Silvy opens a piece of paper. The paper held the picture from before when he went in the photo booth. Carlos is then shocked as he's putting his hands on his head and is trying to cry (sort of).

We're then outside of the fun center, which looks like Carlos won the lottery for Silvy as she has all sorts of things. Then, they sit on a bench Carlos is then acting a little weird, then Silvy kicks him as she asks if he wants some of her big lolipop. Silvy then goes into her bag and asks Carlos if he wants to play the marble game again and Carlos refuses. Carlos is then saying it is time to go home. Silvy then pulls out a pager and says it's for Carlos. Carlos is acting boorish and asks why he needs this and Silvy says incase he needs him. Carlos then repeats what Silvy just said and just laughs. Carlos then says that he's not Silvy's personal ranger and when she calls, he just shows up. Silvy then gets up and says she's got big news but Carlos shuts her up and agrees but to take her home. Were on the Astro Megaship now, with Cassie getting some sandwich from the Synthetron, saying that he can't keep catering to her every need. Andros is drinking from a vaccum cup. TJ agrees and says that he needs to put his foot down (but Carlos was sitting down). Carlos, holding a piece of food in his right hand, saying that their right, he's a power ranger, not a babysitter, with Andros agreeing. Carlos then sits back down, saying that Silvy could start telling people. We then see Andros again. Then, a bepper beeps, saying to meet Silvy at the Fun Center. Carlos is riding a merry-go-round, and doing bumper cars, as he's getting bumped. Then, Carlos is slow as Silvy is dying to go to the Tea Cups. Silvy wants to go faster, but Carlos is just sitting there. Now, we're back at Silvy's house with Silvy spinning around, saying her favorite ride was the roller coaster and said she loved it. Slivy dropped her backpack with Carlos picking it up. Carlos is then upset as Silvy opens the gate, holding cotton candy and a stuffed bear. Silvy then says "It was so fun!". Silvy then tells Carlos to do one more thing, then she'll give him the photo and never tell anyone. Carlos suspiciously says "Honestly? What?". We then see the moon, from Earth. Silvy then says she wants a rock. Carlos repeats, "A rock?". Carlos then agrees, and says what kind. Silvy says, the, the moon. Carlos looks excited as he says just one rock? Carlos then says why not the moon as Carlos looks frustrated. Carlos then points the finger at Silvy (index finger) and tells her she's a spoiled rotten (??). Carlos then says that "Do you think that I have time to walk with you and have fun? Carlos then says that he's a power ranger and their are people in trouble, but instead, he's babysitting Silvy. Carlos then tells Silvy to tell anyone she wants, as Carlos says after he has bigger worries (on how to keep from sweating, some deodorant maybe?). Carlos walks away as Silvy wants to get Carlos's attention again (forget it Silvy, he's broke, that's why he's mad)

We see Carlos in bed of the Astro Megaship with his hands in the air, thinking. Then, Ashley comes in and asks Carlos if he's awake. He obviously is and tells her to come in. Carlos claims that he can't fall asleep. Ashley then sits on his bed and Carlos says that she has some nerve or something. Ashley then says something that Carlos should no. Carlos then says "What?". We're now in a room with a doctor, who says that Silvy's brother became very ill, and they moved to Angel Grove to get better. Ashley says that Silvy has no friends here. Carlos looks puzzled as he asks how's her brother. The doc says that Silvy's brother died a couple of months ago and they took it very hard. The doc says he has a pic as Carlos claims he never knew that. The doc finds it finally and shows Carlos it. Carlos asks "Why is he holding a rocket ship?". The doc said that they both wanted to be astronauts and swore they would go to the moon (well, Carlos has been to Hercuron). Silvy then promised to bring back a moon rock, Carlos looks shocked. Carlos then gets up and excuses himself. He drops the picture and runs, so does Ashley and says she's sorry. Carlos runs as Ashley checks if he's ok. Carlos gives the beeper to Ashley and asks her to take care of it for her. Ashley yells to Carlos about where he is going but no reply as Carlos slowly runs towards somewhere. Then, Ashley is holding the beeper in her hand. Where Carlos went, to the moon, to get a rock.

Now, we see Silvy at her brother's grave, and claims that she'll be the best Astronaut their ever was. We then see the name, Troy Larson, 1986-1998. Then, the monster from before shouts to Silvy "Surprise!". Then, it laughs as Silvy runs with her backpack and uses the beeper without change (???). We see Ashley walking down the stairs, hearing the beep, and seeing that Silvy is in trouble. The monster then finds Silvy, but not before she runs for her life. The monster is claiming that he's coming to get Silvy. He claims that is shouldn't be too hard to find a little girl. We see Silvy, trying to hide, with the monster saying "where is she?". Then, the monster finds Slivy. Silvy falls on the ground, scared. The monster is going to get her until 5 lasers are shot at the monster. Carlos says to, "Pick on someone your own size", to the monster. Carlos, holding his Astro Blaster, tells Silvy to run. Datascanner (the monster) is saying, "whose gonna make me?". Andros says, "We will". The rangers then are meeted with fire power. Then, Andros does a Battlizer punch and chop, this time, with the Battlizer. Then, the rangers summon the Quadroblaster and Andros with the Spiral Sabre and both groups fired it at Datascanner. On the Dark Fotress, Astronema orders a Quantron to fire the Satilasers. Datascanner grows, and nearly stomps the rangers. The Rangers try theit Astro Blasters (why???) and hit Datascanner but Datascanner uses his own fire power and the rangers fly everywhere. The Rangers then call the Mega Voyager. A fight ensues as the Mega Voyager easily handles Data Scanner and throws him to the ground but Datascanner uses the flash and hits the Mega Voyager with lasers. The Datascanner charges for the Mega Voyager and claims he's stronger then he thought but then, the Winged Voyager comes in and fires the Mega V-3 missle and Datascanner is gone. Astronema tells someone that something failed her. Elgar is saying "What'd I do?". Astronema asks if anyone knows where the Psycho Rangers went. Ecliptor says that they left to make trouble for the power rangers. Elgar mumbles about troublemakes and then Astronema then demands that she wants to bring them back. We see the Winged Voyager now, and Silvy, thanking the rangers. Carlos says that their glad to help. Then, Psycho Red grabs the Silvy. Andros says Psycho Red's name. Psycho Red says that it's not her he wants, but the rangers. Carlos says the rangers have to save her and Andros agrees. The rangers meet Psycho Red and Andros orders Psycho Red to let her go. Psycho Red does, throwing her to the ground, as he says he doesn't need her, when he has the rangers. Then, a fight ensues as Psycho Red is winning rather easily. Andros is getting whacked. Then, Andros uses his Spiral Sabre. It doesn't help as Psycho Red gets a hold of it. He's about to murder Andros before Psycho Black comes and fights Psycho Red. Then, they both leave as Silvy comes towards Carlos and picks her up.

Back on the Dark Fortress, Astronema is furious at the Psycho Rangers for fighting with each other. Psycho Red claims that he could've beaten the red ranger if it weren't for Psycho Black. Astronema then tells the Psychos that they'll go fight the rangers, one by one, starting with pink.

Back on Earth, we're at Silvy's house where Silvy is forking over the picture and she'll tell no one. Carlos seems happy about it and puts it in his pokcet. Then, Carlos forks over a moon rock to Silvy. Then, we're in space as Carlos is on his Galaxy Glider, with Silvy.

-Carlos apperaently is not good at video games

-WWF (now WWE) Superstars is an old arcade game, with favorite wrestlers such as Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant

-Ecliptor said that all the Psycho's were gone, but only red was on Earth and black came at the end

-The flash that Datascanner does was not useful

-This wasn't considered one of the episodes in "Psycho Rangers Week", and that's a good thing

-How can Silvy breathe in space?
