The Cephala Zord is the Black Dino Ranger's Zord. It is carried in the Brachio Zord. The zord can attach itself as an arm on the Thundersaurus Megazord, using the Cephala Power Punch attack. When not attached onto the Thundersaurus Megazord, the Cephala Zord punches the enemy using its boxer-like hands.

The Cephala Zord was found along with the Brachio Zord when Dr. Oliver retrieved the Black Dino Gem.
