The Zords allow the Dino Rangers to fight Mesogog's monsters when they are enlarged by his Hydro Regenerator machine. These Zords aren't actually the real dinosaurs, they're "Bio Zords", fusion powered replicates, using actual dinosaur DNA. Dr. Tommy Oliver helped build some of the Dino Zords. Each Zord is connected to a special brace on the Rangers' morphers to summon them.
