Zeltrax is one of Mesogog's servants. He is always around Mesogog's other servant, Elsa. Zeltrax's only loyalty is to Mesogog, accepting any punishment he is given for a failed mission. Like Mesogog, he has a straight-forward personality; his only focus and drive is to perform tasks for his master. Much of his past is not known, but he has an unknown grudge against Dr. Oliver and created a son named Goldenron when he entered himself into the Geno Randomizer. He was destroyed and vowed to get revenge on Dr. Oliver, claiming Goldenron was the only family he ever had. He also appears to have a connection to Elsa when he told Dr. Oliver during a fight to stay away from her.
