Mesogog is the head villian of Power Rangers Dino Thunder, set out to acquire the Dino Gems that the Dino Rangers have. He has a funny looking head and no personality. Mesogog resides on his own fortress island that is only accessible by taking an invisiportal. He has a special lab where he can create monsters. His origin is a mystery. When Dr. Mercer disappeared, and he and Dr. Oliver's lab would be attacked, much of their work gone. Mesogog is probably the one who attacked the lab. He has two loyal servants, Zeltrax and Elsa. It appears he has modified the Tyranodrones for his evil purposes, something Dr. Oliver had been working on. Mesogog can send shocks to people's heads; so far, he's only had to do it to Elsa and Zeltrax when they've failed a mission.

When Kira, Ethan, and Conner bonded with the Dino Gems, he decided to come out of the shadows to get them. He had one gem the Rangers didn't have, but it ended up being stolen by the then imprisoned Dr. Oliver who had Zeltrax break it to became the Black Dino Ranger.
