Elsa is one of Mesogog's servants. She is always around Mesogog's other servant, Zeltrax. Elsa appears to be very loyal to Mesogog, accepting any punishment she is given for a failed mission. Her background is not known, but does seem to know some background information on Dr. Oliver, asking him, "Aren't you a little too old for this, Tommy?" (inferring she knows he's been a Ranger in the past). Her current plan is to gain Dr. Oliver's trust to get to his three students. To do this, she disguises herself as Principal Randall. Although she doesn't admit it, she does have feeling for Dr. Oliver. At times, she is torn from her mission and her desire. Of the three head villians, Elsa has the most personality. She carries a sword in battle and is capable of firing energy from her sword.
