Episodes appeared in: "White Thunder, Part II" and "White Thunder, Part III"

Angor was created by Elsa with use of the Geno Randomizer. Angor was a decoy so the Rangers would not destroy the evil White Ranger. Elsa's description of Angor was "A creature as strong as cast iron". He was made giant immediately upon creation and his objective was to destroy the city. He was destroyed by the Thundersaurus Megazord's "Final Cut" attack. When Mesogog wanted to capture the White Ranger, Zeltrax resurrected Angor and claimed to have made him stronger. Angor's objective was to get the White Ranger but he failed when he was destroyed by the Dino Stegazord's "Dino Stega Laser" attack.

Angor is shaped like a ship's anchor. One of his hands was a crossbow and the other was a spear. He had a great leaping ability and could fire lasers repeatingly from his hands. He had a body slam attack where he would leap way up into the sky and fall on his target. During hsi second run, his hands were replaced with a cannon and a three turret firing gun. He also could fire a chain that could wrap its target around tightly.
