We're at Reefside High School. By how much time we've been away from there, you'd think our heroes would have already graduated. Ethan is with his friends at the schoolyard. Ethan is on a bench, sitting with three of his geek friends. Ethan says with the Platinum Sword of Trius he can enter the Lock Chamber and says something will have no chance. He stands up, picking his laptop up with it. His friends huddle around him. Ethan kisses his screen and says, "Suckers". They run off to class, along with the rest of the Reefside High students.

We see a goalie clapping his enormous goalie gloves. We see a guy step up to the box and hammer his ball down. Around him are a bunch of soccer players dressed in soccer apparel. He is wearing a shirt with the number "24". The goalie looks on with much fear in his eyes, or rather he is sleepy. He looks like he had been drooling on himself as well. Conner looks like he's ready to do a karate move, then kicks the ball over the top of the goal post. He screams out, "MON!", in frustration. Conner puts his ball down, and tells the guy, "Missed again Derrik!" Derrick stutters in thanking Conner for his support (sarcastically). Conner has his arms folded and slickly tells Derrik, "You don't need support dude, you need game." A frustrated Derrik just looks as the wind blows his hair around. Conner casually looks on. Derrik goes for a major kick by the way his mouth is closed. He kicks the ball, and it flies over the goal once again. The ball lands and nails Ethan's laptop. We hear a big crunch as the laptop meets the concrete. Derrik has a smile on his face. Ethan looks over and yells out, "HEY!" Derrik asks, "What are you complaining about geek?" Ethan tells Derrik, "First of all, my name is Ethan not geek, and out of this whole field you went to kick the ball over there? You really do need practice." Derrik backs up for some reason as the "geek" comes at him. Derrik tells him, "Well look, eTHAN, this is my field, and I kick the ball where I wanna kick it." We see a "tough" looking dude with a goofy looking hat behind him. Ethan backs off and adds, "Everywhere except the net!" Derrik tells him, "That's it." He proceeds to punch Ethan. Conner stops him, and asks, "Hey, what's the big deal?" Ethan looks on calmly. Conner tells him the party's over. Derrik tries to move forward but Conner restrains him. He tells Ethan to watch himself and calls him "dweeb" (that's been a long time since that word's been used). Ethan looks on without any fear. Conner tells Derrik to chill. Derrik finally goes away as does everyone else. They have a staredown though. Ethan returns to his group.

In Dr. Oliver's house, Kira drops a stack of papers on Dr. Oliver's desk. Dr. Oliver is at his desk, with a bunch of papers covering it. He's probably grading papers. Kira tells her teacher, "No offense Dr. O, but you need some serious improvement when it comes to organization." Kira proceeds to sit next to the Black Ranger. Dr. Oliver tells Kira that's why she's there. He thanks her for helping him out. Kira asks, "What is all this stuff anyway?" Dr. Oliver says it's odds and ends, mostly before he joined with Dr. Mercer, he says as long as he's stuck in his Ranger form, he may as well put the time to good use. Kira is wowed by a picture of the original six MMPR Rangers with their helmets off, all smiling. To the right of it, is a picture when he was the "White Stranger". She picks it up and gives it to Dr. O, commenting, "Nice hair!" Dr. Oliver claims it was the smile back then. He takes a long look at it and proceeds to set it aside, when Kira asks Dr. Oliver, "Is this who we think it is?" Dr. Oliver comments, "Man, that seems like a lifetime ago. This picture was taken on our first dig." It's a picture of Dr. Oliver, Dr. Anton Mercer, and some guy. Tommy back then has some really funky hair, if you can call it hair. Kira asks who they guy is. Dr. Oliver says his name is Terrance Smith, nickname "Smitty". Kira asks what happened to him (probably moved back to England). Dr. Oliver says it's kind of sad, he and him were up for the same job at Anton Mercer Industries, and Anton chose him. Dr. Oliver says Smitty went to work for another company, then there was an accident. Kira says it's not a really happy family momento. Dr. Oliver says he's not even sure where it came from. He tells Kira to put it in the trash pile (you know where it's really going now). Kira drops the picture, and it slowly falls atop a bunch of other documents. It slides revealing some logos that would be familiar to Sentai fans.

Zeltrax is standing in the middle of Mesogog's lair, telling Mesogog if they stop the Black Ranger once and for all, the others will be at their mercy. Mesogog circles around Zeltrax, telling him he appreciates his committment to revenge, but his obsession with destroying Dr. Oliver is getting in the way of his goal to capture the White Ranger. Zeltrax asks if he had a plan that could accomplish both those goals. Mesogog gets in Zeltrax's face and tells him he's not concerned with his goals. Mesogog tells Zeltrax if here to destroy Dr. Oliver in the course of serving his, he gets in Zeltrax's ear and says, "So be it." Zeltrax just says, "Yes master." Mesogog walks out the door and tells Zeltrax to get back to work. Zeltrax just stands there. Trent blends into the lab and slyly says, "So, Zeltrax doesn't like Dr. Oliver?" Zeltrax does some work by moving and acting surprised. Trent says he can't say he doesn't like him much either. He says he gives way too much homework. Zeltrax draws his sword and tells Trent to surrender. Trent walks up to him, touches his sword aside, and asks him what's that going to do. Trent asks Zeltrax if his father will let him continue his quest for vengeance once he's out of the picture. Zeltrax asks how does he know about it. Trent says he knows lots of interesting things (ok, besides him, what is the employee record of Hayley's Cyberspace?) like where Tommy Oliver is most vulnerable (giving him a GIGANTIC sundae). Zeltrax asks Trent what game is he playing. Trent says no game, but a simple exchange. Trent says he will help him get Tommy, and he help him get Mesogog. Zeltrax says impossible, he says he would never betray his master (and he probably would not). Trent acts all cool about it and tells him nice knowing him. Zeltrax draws his sword to tell Trent to wait. Trent turns around, and Zeltrax tells him perhaps they should talk. Trent just looks at him.

In another shocking event, we're BACK at Reefside High School. We're in the locker area. Conner and Derrik are back against a wall, chilling out. Ethan turns the corner and sees them. He asks Conner if he got the answer to number 5 on Mercer's homework. He says it has to be a trick question. Derrik looks at Conner and asks him if he knows Ethan (he calls him "this guy"). Ethan asks Derrik what that has to do with him. Derrik asks Ethan if there is some sci-fi convention he needs to go to. Ethan tells him he must really be cliche and tells him his parents must be so proud. Derrik asks someone what Ethan just called him. Derrik asks Conner what he just called him (Conner has a regulation soccer ball now folks). Ethan asks Derrik why is he asking him and asks Derrik if he can figure it out himself. Derrik throws a fist down and claims that is it. He tells Ethan he's going to need a serious lesson. Ethan takes off his backpack and tells him to bring it. Conner asks Ethan if he really wants to do it. Derrik tells Conner to stay out of it, calling him by his last name. Derrik says it is between him and the geek. The bell rings. Conner looks up and tells Derrik, "You know what, for the first time in my life, I actually want to go to class. So come on guys." Conner puts a hand on Derrik's back and leads him through . Derrik nearly bumps into Ethan but goes behind him and tells him, "You and me, after school, your friend won't be there to protect you." Ethan just stands there as Derrik gives a pat on his shoulder. Ethan looks back and picks up his bag. We hear an invisiportal and Ethan asks, "What now?" He looks out the door and we see a monster and Zeltrax. Ethan tells himself he already has enough to think about. Ethan runs out and the monster instantly spots him. It is the open schoolyard. Ethan says the school for the misguided machines is down the road. Zeltrax tells him very funny but tells him they are after that school. Ethan tells Zeltrax to get real. Zeltrax says it's very real and tells him the monster is Termitetron and says he can destroy whole cities in a matter of moments. He tells him to turn over Dr. Oliver or he will release them on his fellow students (I'm sure he'd really care since he gets called "geek" anyway). Ethan looks all bad about it and says, "Not if I can exterminate them first." Zeltrax tells himl, "Stubborn as always." Ethan gets his morpher out and yells, "Dino Thunder!" He stops, when Cassidy Cornell yells out, "Ethan!" Ethan's eyes grow large, and luckily he's wearing jeans. Ethan puts his hands down, as Zeltrax says, "Perfect timing." Cassidy Cornell, Devin, and a bunch of other people are on the fight scene. Cassidy says those are what she calls bullies and tells Devin to roll the camera. Ethan tells them to stay back. Termitetron fires blasts at the crowd. He laughs, as Ethan looks on.

Cassidy and Devin now conceal themselves behind some leaves. Termitetron fires blasts at Ethan. Ethan does a nice horizontal mini-tornado spin to avoid getting hit. He does it again and rolls on the ground, then gets up. We see the Dino Morpher on his wrist. He looks around and Devin has his camera out now, saying, "Great action!" Ethan grunts and runs at Termitetron, backpack still on. He misses a spinning roundhouse too high. Two punches are no success, and Termitetron grabs Ethan's hand. He drags his arm and runs off. Kira comes out and says, "Great, like I'm not late enough." Kira hides behind a column and gets her morpher out, and does the morphing sequence. Ethan flies through the air and lands hard on the ground. The backpack's location is unknown at this point. Kira yells out, "Hey, back off!" Kira fires her Thundermax Sabre, effictively hitting Termitetron. Zeltrax gets in front and asks, "What?" Kira goes over to Ethan and asks him if he's ok (smartly not saying his name). Devin says, "Woah!" Kira says, "Little boy, why don't you step aside?" Ethan asks, "Little boy?" Kira whispers for him to go. Ethan, backpack still on, runs off. Ethan runs off, as that Derrik sees him running into the school. Derrik tells Conner to check out his "loser" friend now. Derrik says he's going to kick his butt after school (is that all he's going to do, kick his rear end?). Conner says he's going to take a look, when a hand slaps on Conner's shoulder. Dr. Mercer tells him to stay back. Kira's kick is blocked by Zeltrax's sword. Kira continues her motion and her next kick is blocked by Termitetron. Kira does some moves and then gets kicked in the back by Termitetron. Termitetron leaps at Kira but Ethan tackles him in mid-air. Devin is woahed by the action, putting his camera down. Ethan says, "This guy bugs me." Kira misses a kick high on Zeltrax and gets on a bench for leverage and misses another kick. She cartwheels off the bench and kicks Zeltrax's sword onto the bench with his hand still gripping it. Devin is filming as Cassidy runs out and tells Devin they need a closeup. Kira does a flip and blocks Zeltrax's kick although she feels some effect. Kira looks shocked as Devin and Cassidy instantly appear. Cassidy says, "Oh, cool, a girlie Ranger." Kira pulls her out of the way as Zeltrax swings, nearly missing Devin. Kira gets Devin out of the way as Devin proceeds to hide behind Cassidy. Cassidy notices and Devin immediately backs off. Ethan tries to grapple with Termitetron but he's shoved back, nearly knocking down Devin and Cassidy. Cassidy tells the Blue Ranger if he could be still for a second as she's trying to conduct an interview. Ethan gets back up and runs at Termitetron. Cassidy says, "Whatever." Ethan misses an elbow, blocks a kick, and then gets swiped as he lands on his back. He gets his Thundermax Sabre out when we get a view from a camcorder. Ethan stops and asks, "Huh?" Cassidy asks the Blue Ranger if they could tell her what exactly is happening. Ethan runs past Devin and tells her maybe later. Devin falls down as Cassidy tells him to get up. Ethan fires his Thundermax Sabre at Termitetron who is right in front of the school. It is to no effect, and Termitetron tells Ethan he has one too, and fires it. Ethan flies in the air. Kira does a multitude of backflips to avoid Zeltrax's swordwork. She moves back to do a roundhouse that misses. She does a kick that is too high, Zeltrax sweeps his sword low and Kira jumps over it. She gets kicked in the chest, and Kira tells herself he always gets her with that one. Zeltrax asks, "How about this?" Kira tries to block it but she flies back and falls to the ground. Ethan goes over to check if she's alright. Kira says she's ok. Termitetron goes over to Zeltrax and tells him "nice shot". Zeltrax tells the Rangers he wants them to give a message to the Black Ranger. Ethan asks if he's ever heard of e-mail. Zeltrax tells the Rangers he wants the Black Ranger to surrender to him at the old warehouse at sunset or he will turn Termitetron loose on the city (like that's gonna be a big deal). Zeltrax runs away through the invisiportal, probably the second time so far this series where he didn't play chicken. Kira breathes hard holding her shoulder while Ethan says, "Great."

In Dr. Mercer's classroom, some kids have scissors out. Ethan and Kira run in the door. Dr. Mercer was writing something on the chalkboard (don't they know white boards are the fad these days?). Ethan says sorry they're late. He asks if they missed anything. Dr. Mercer says nothing they can't make up in detention after school today. He continues to write on the board. We see Kira's feet and then Ethan falling. He gets up, and he sees the tough Derrik. He says, "Whoops, my bad." Ethan gets up with help. Dr. Mercer calls out to Derrik, "Derrik, I believe there are rules in the student handbook about treating your fellow students with courtesy and respect. Why don't you, join us in detention today? To review them?" No one laughed at his little prank, and obviously Derrik isn't laughing now either. Ethan and Derrik look at each other. Derrik tries to look tough by sealing his lower lip. Dr. Mercer tells the class to open their textbooks to chapter 8. He says something with his lips. Conner looks at both of his buds. The bell rings, and Kira asks Conner if he's going to tell Dr. Oliver about Zeltrax. Conner says he will but asks about Ethan. Ethan asks what about him. Conner says, "The fight!" Kira says the whole school knows about (well that's dumb, that means the school adminsitration will know too). Devin and Cassidy are arguing about something when they run into the three. Cassidy tells Ethan hello and tells him good luck for the fight. She gives Ethan advice; if he falls, fall toward the camera. She says it would be really good for her. Ethan says he's fine. Kira tells him, "Look, unlike some people we're your friends and we're not gonna let you do something stupid. So Derrik is a bully who can kick your butt who cares?" Kira asks Ethan if he's going to use his Dino powers. Ethan immediately says no. Conner replies, "Dude, no offense but without it." Ethan says there's other ways to deal with a bully (no, not the Transformers commercial where the two kids in the school yard settled their differences in a Transformers Action Figures duel). Ethan walks ahead.

We see the T-Rex head in Dr. Oilver's business. Conner asks, "You're going? Isn't that walking right into his hands?" Dr. Oliver says maybe but he's not going to stop pushing them around until someone stands up to him. Conner looks on. Dr. Oliver says they should go see what Zeltrax is up to (probably nothing based on his track record). They go off.

Zeltrax walks through Mesogog's lab and says he will destroy Dr. Oliver (probably a cardboard cutout at the rate he's going)> Zeltrax then says he will have Elsa all to herself. He raises his arms in the air as he said Elsa. Trent magically appears and Trent asks if he's smelling a love triangle (Zeltrax is in love with himself). Zeltrax immediately turns around and tells Trent all that concerns him is the destruction of Dr. Oliver. Trent laughs and says he was just asking. He says to stick with the plan and Oliver's history. Zeltrax says when he succeeds, he expects him to help with the overthrow of Mesogog. Trent smiles and says, "As we agreed." He offers his hand out for a handshake. Zeltrax says, "As we agreed." They shake hands. No crossing was seen.

In the abandonded warehouse, Dr. Oliver and Conner enter. Conner asks, "Where is he? Where is that hunk of junk?" Dr. Oliver tells him to stay focused. He says he's got a bad feeling about this. Conner looks like he's seen a ghost after hearing those words from Dr. Oliver. Out of nowhere appears Termitetron, and tells the two they are really suckers for punishment. Dr. Oliver, Conner unmorphed, and Termitetron go at it.

The scene blurs to detention with Dr. Mercer. Obviously the Ethan vs. Derrik fight is on hiatus for the moment. Time slowly ticks away as it's 3:59 PM. Ethan, Kira, and Derrik all watch the clock. The second clock moves towards the 12, and Dr. Mercer tells them they may leave. He walks out. Kira says that was fun. Ethan's morpher beeps. He tells Derrik they may to reschedule. Derrik tells Ethan he knew he would try to get out of it. Ethan tells Derrik to believe him that he wants it over as much as he does but something just came up. Kira tells Derrik he's not lying and says it's important. Ethan says as soon as he's done he will be back, he will meet him on the soccer field. Derrik gives him one hour and if he doesn't come back, he will go looking for him. What difference does that make? Derrik says he won't like it when he finds him. What is he going to do, tag him out? Ethan just looks at him as he gets his bag and Kira and him run out. Derrik decides to stay in detention a little longer as he just watches.

Conner misses some kicks. Dr. Oliver gets nailed with a punch to the stomach. Conner is thrown down right next to Dr. Oliver. Kira and Ethan arrive on the scene. They run over to the two and help them up. Termitetron does his little laugh. Elsa says they thought they were going to meet Zeltrax. Dr. Oliver says he guesses he was afraid to face him in person (no one would blame him based on the number of times he's escaped in battle). Termitetron tells the Rangers they'll be there, he's just the welcoming party. Conner tells him he guesses they better change into their costumes then. The Rangers morph. Conner lands a kick that creates a spark, but Termitetron lands on his feet. Termitetron calls them "posers" and says they're no match for him. He uses, "Bug bomb". Bugs go flying at the Rangers and they nail the Rangers on all parts of their suits. Conner rolls out of the way and gets his Thundermax Sabre out, firing at the bugs. Termitetron says those were his babies, as they dissolve at his feet. Conner tells Termitetron to feel this baby. He has his Tyranno Staff drawn and nails Termitetron five times. He then uses the Tyranno Staff as a pole to spin around it and nail Termitetron with his feet. He goes flying to the ground. He tells the group to put them together into the Z-Rex Blaster. As Ethan is holding his part of the blaster, he says, "Time to bug out!" Conner commands to fire, and Termitetron blows up, but no explosion. Dr. Oliver tells his students "good work". Zeltrax tells Trent his plan has failed. Trent says, "It ain't over till the fat monster sings. Now make him grow. Keep the other Rangers busy, and Oliver's yours." Zeltrax moves the lever up and tells Trent it better work. Termitetron grows without the black cloud or rain, removing the roof over the abandoned warehouse. Termitetron says he's a big bad bug. In an alley, the Rangers come out and see the huge creature.

Dr. Oliver asks his students if they're ready. Zeltrax apperas from an invisiportal to the surprise of the Rangers. Dr. Oliver tells him, "Better late than never." Zeltrax says his timing is perfect. He says give up and he will call Termitetron off or take their chances with him. Dr. Oliver asks, "You know what I choose guys?" The Rangers say, "Right!" Dr. Oliver calls into his morpher for the Brachio Zord. The Brachio Zord walks across a bridge, releasing its compartments for the Dino Zords. They Rangers board, and the Thundersaurus Megazord forms. Termitetron calls the Thundersaurus Megazord, "Nice hardware." He leaps into the air and says he thinks he will lead it. He rams his head into the Megazord. He drives it back. Conner says they could use some bug spray. Kira says the annoying pest could use a good swipe. The Megazord somehow picked up Termiteron and threw it by his head. Termietron lands perfectly and says his turn.

Dr. Oliver vs. Zeltrax 100 begins. Dr. Oliver draws his Brachio Staff (he could fight blinded with no hands and still win this fight). Zeltrax and Dr. Oliver fly in mid-air, and they fight to a draw. They clash swords once, Dr. Oliver misses a swing, then they both leap into the air. They clash swords again and return to the ground apart from each other. Dr. Oliver says he's getting pretty sick of meeting like this (more like winning like he has been). He tells Zeltrax to tell him what he has against him. Zeltrax says, "Does the name Terrance Smith mean anything to you?" (obviously not, since he just threw away his picture). There's a huge pause, and Dr. Oliver remembers from the picture. He says, "Smitty?" Then, Zeltrax comes in and nails Dr. Oliver a few times before Dr. Oliver fights back and clashes weapons. Dr. Oliver gets an elbow in before he gets slashed twice more and Dr. Oliver falls back into the oil barrels. Dr. Oliver gets up and he asks, "Smitty? But you were lost, in that accident!" Zeltrax says he was on the verge of a breakthrough. We go to a flashback, with Smitty holding a beaker by some thongs. He let it slip, and a huge explosion occured (nothing different than my chemistry classes). We see some fire and Smitty. We see a slimy hand touch Smitty's hand. Zeltrax narrates Mesogog found him and put him back together again. Zeltrax says he's a genius cybernetic reconstruction. We get a good look at his cheeseball head. Dr. Oliver still can't believe it's Smitty instead of worrying about the pathetic fighter Zeltrax is. They clash swords again and Dr. Oliver ducks under a swing. They are at a dead lock. Dr. Oliver tells Zeltrax that Mesogog is the enemy and he shouldn't be fighting for him. Zeltrax says he gave him life, life he (Tommy) stole from him and now he will repay it with his own. Zeltrax breaks up the hold. Zeltrax forces Dr. Oliver to back up with his offensive swings. He misses a slash and kick in-order before they start clashing swords again. Dr. Oliver tells "Smitty" that vengeance is never the answer. Zeltrax says it is all that has kept him going. He gives a good boot to Dr. Oliver that sends him flying back into some boxes. Zeltrax says revenge is his (I thought he wanted Elsa?). Dr. Oliver tells Zeltrax his advice is to find another hobby. Dr. Oliver gets serious and goes at Zeltrax. Zeltrax fires a blast from his sword, but Dr. Oliver catches it with his Brachio Staff and tosses it aside. He tosses another blast, jumps, and lands a nice dropkick on Zeltrax. He flies back into some oil barrels. Zeltrax gets up slowly. Dr. Oliver tells him to give it up. Zeltrax says never (Zeltrax doesn't give up, but he does run away). Dr. Oliver tells "Smitty" he hates to do it. Dr. Oliver calls for the Dino Energy Orb. He creates a circle with his weapon and sends it at Zeltrax. He tries to block it, but ends up getting engulfed in it, causing an explosion. He falls forward. Dr. Oliver asks him if he's had enough. Zeltrax gets up, and promises Dr. Oliver he will be back. Like that's any new. He goes up through an invisiportal. Dr. Oliver says Smitty's name. He adds a "Man".

The Thundersaurus Megazord grabs Termitetron and pushes him back. Conner says, "Let's dynamite this termite!" The Thundersaurus Megazord throws the creature aside as Conner calls for the Dino Drilll. It's a direct hit, and Termitetron falls back and blows up, but not on any buildings.

Trent says, "So you didn't win, that doesn't mean we still can't be friends." Zeltrax says that's precisely what that means. Trent says, "Fine, don't say I didn't warn you." Something messes with Trent's mind as he holds his head. A wave from Mesogog's eyes numbs Trent's head. He says, "It's never easy, for a father to punish a son." Trent holds his head and asks, "You know?" Mesogog says, "As do you. So, now we're all in on it. The only question remaining is, whose side are you on? Yes Trent, Zeltrax told me of your agreement from the start. Loyalty is a most valued asset of this regime, an asset you have yet to demonstrate." Trent asks, "You can't take the word of a stranger over the word of your son? I'm with you dad, all the way." Mesogog tells him he had better be, family or not. He gets in Trent's face, opens his eyes wide, and says, "No one gets in my way!" Trent looks at him. Hopefully he's wearing dark pants.

At the school yard, there are a bunch of bikes on the ground and a line full of people. Conner and Ethan walk into the school yard and Conner asks Ethan if he really wants to do it. Conner tells him the guy is a jerk. They are on the soccer field now. Ethan tells Conner to trust him for once. We see Derrik with his crew of people. Ethan stands behind Conner a little. Derrik tells Conner out of his way. Derrik says it is between him and the geek. In the background, people watch, Kira is included with the group, no Reefside TV reporters yet. Conner and Ethan look at each other. Conner leaves. Derrik has a few inches on Ethan. Ethan tells him, "Okay here's the deal, I could fight you, but what would that prove? Instead, I'd like to make you a proposition." Derrik gives a short breath, and asks, "You're bailin?" Ethan says he thinks he could improve his game, if he does, he promises to back off of his friends. We see a guy with a laptop and a guy behind him. Ethan says, "My LT please?" (code name for laptop if you don't know). Ethan types something up and tells Derrik it is a computer image of him kicking. Derrik is actually interested. Ethan says he superimposed it against games of a pro player from Manchester. Derrik asks how he did that. We see what probably is his kick in the first motion, and the pro player in the second, which is a kick on the side of the shoe. Derrik asks how he did that, while looking at the screen. Ethan says he's a computer geek. Derrik looks at him with a smile. Ethan tells him where he's pulling it, it's the one little hitch in his kick, as demonstrated in his program. Derrik looks at it with intrigue, then he looks at the goalie. The goalie gets his gloves ready by blowing on them. He might just save that air for blowing the ball above the goal. Ethan places the ball down in-front of all the spectators. Derrik gets ready, nails the ball towards the right of the goal. It looks like it will miss, and the ball goes in the right corner. Ethan has a big smile on his face, and everyone in the crowd is shocked. Derrik looks on. Ethan stands back. Derrik says he can't believed it worked. Ethan says he told him. Derrik asks him where he learned how to do that. Ethan says "the net", he corrects by saying "the internet". Derrik says that's pretty cool and says he's sorry about before. Ethan just looks on. Derrik says he thought a guy like him, smart and all, wouldn't want to talk to a guy like him. He says he guesses he was wrong. Ethan shakes his head and tells him it's a brave new world. Conner pats him on the back and says, "Oh yeah!" Kira says, "let's go". They walk off. Conner walks by his friend. The three walk in-style. I don't know why they're still hanging around their school at 5 PM.
