We're at Tommy's residence. Tommy tells someone, "I know you're out there, if my calculations are correct, you should be about ready to hatch, but where." Tommy is at his mega computer typing things.

We're at Mesgog's castle. Mesogog walks into his chamber and tells Zeltrax to report. Zeltrax turns around and tells Mesogog, "My lord, we have just finished a new genetic creation we call Megalodor. We combine the cunning elements of the shark with the toxicity of the olley ando flower." Elsa adds they threw in some extra car parts for fun. Mesogog thinks and says, "Well, let's see it." Elsa types in a command and says, "Geno Randomizer, engage." She presses a lever up and tubes rise. Out of the doors comes a new monster. We see Megalodor. He looks like he has four eyes. Elsa looks on. Mesogog tells them, "Fools, what we need are better raw materials. We need to find the perfect specimen." We see a reef on their viewing screen. He goes over to the Geno Randomizer and enters a command. On the viewing screen, we see a man and woman running through the beach. Mesogog says, "Strong, brave, she's the one." We see the man fall as the woman will probably have to tend to him. Elsa just looks and takes a breath. Mesogog tells Zeltrax to send his creature to fetch them the woman on the screen. Zeltrax asks, "But what if the Power Rangers interfere master?" Mesogog tells him that's what Tyranodrones are for. He grumbles and moves aside.

We see the woman's hair, and it's Nikki Valentin. We see what probably is the director, yell "Cut!" Nikki turns around, and it's not Nikki, just some guy wearing a red tank top and a long hair wig! The director says they're done with the double. The real Nikki runs in, pushes the double away, and tells him she will take it from there. She touches her hair and we hear someone say, "Overrated diva." The double for Nikki throws the wig down. Behind a large rock, is a Dino Egg.

We're at Tommy's lab, and we see on his montiors, "Emergency Override". Tommy says he almost has it. He presses a button and on his screen are people running down a stairway. We hear the trouble. Tommy says into the microphone, "Guys, we have some Tyrannodrones downtown, and we have a little problem at the beach." Megalodor appears on the beach.

We're in Reefside City. Conner tells his fellow Rangers, "Come on guys." The three Rangers stop to see all the chaos going around. Ethan says this is like some bad low-budget movie. Kira says, "Only this is for real Ethan." Ethan tells her, "Oh yeah, right." The three prepare to engage in combat. Ethan charges and throws down a Tyranodrone. Ethan falls forward to avoid an attack, and then gets kicked in the stomach. He ducks under another attack and puts his hands in an X to block an attack. His special ability of strength pushes the Tyranodrone back and his buddies catch him. Conner comes in with a kick then turns to kick another Tyranodrone. He blocks several more attacks with his hands. Kira grabs the arm of a Tyranodrone and uses it to swing herself to kick a Tyranodrone. She turns around again, still holding onto the Tyranodrone's arm, and kicks another. She turns over the Tyranodrone she was holding onto and does a cartwheel. She kicks a Tyranodrone into the wall. Ethan does a roundhouse. He punches backwards and hits two Tyranodrones behind him. He then kicks a Tyranodrone and puts on an angry face. He does a clothesline and knocks the Tyranodrone back a bit. Conner blocks a few attacks and does a backflip. He kicks two Tyranodrones while in the air with each leg. He uses his speed to fake a Tyranodrone. He reappears behind him and gives him a nice boot to the back. Kira elbows a Tyranodrone, blocks and ducks under a few attacks, and gives a quick hit to a Tyranodrone. She kicks another to the ground. A crowd of Tyranodrones are in front of Kira and she uses her hypersonic scream to knock the Tyranodrones back.

We see the director at the beach close a book. The director calls out, "Ok, that's lunch folks. Make it one hour." Everyone goes to the tent. Nikki is lying on a beach chair and tells herself, "Finally, it's just me and my tan." Nikki just lies there when Megalodor flashes a few feet away from her. Megalodor tells her, "Time for your closeup Ms. Valentina." Nikki gets up and starts screaming (her mouth is pretty wide open).

Megalodor already has Nikki in his hands. Nikki tells Megalodor to get away from her and yells out, "My nails! I just got fredged tips." Megalodor tells her she's about to get a makeover she will never forget. Megalodor grabs Nikki's shoulder. Tommy is seen running to the scene. He runs in and kicks Megalodor away. Tommy says, "Aww man, I hate shark monsters." Nikki stares at her nails. Tommy asks Nikki if she's alright. Nikki says, "Great, where am I gonna find someone to fix my nails without an appointment?" She just walks off as Tommy looks. Megalodor gets back up.

The Rangers are shown together with a lot of Tyranodrones coming at them. Ethan asks, "Who released the hounds?" Conner says he knows who's putting them back where they belong. The Rangers get their Dino Morphers out and morph. The Rangers charge at the Tyranodrones. Ethan has is Tricera Shield out an dkicks a Tyranodrone. He sticks the shield out and hits a Tyranodrone with the horns. He backhands and hits another Tyranodrone. He then kicks to the left at another Tyranodrone. Kira cartwheels and then backflips and misses a kick that would have hit three Tyranodrones. She sweep kicks several and they fall. Kira calls for her Ptera Grips. Conner already has his Tyranno Staff and says, "Hi-yah!" A Tyranodrone grabs his weapon under his arm and Conner kicks him. Conner then gets kicked on his side. He rolls and while on the ground, kicks two appraoching Tyranodrones. He blocks an attack with his stick and gets back up and kicks another Tyranodrone. Kira blocks several attacks from the Tyranodrones and ends up hitting two. Ethan uses his shield to help him flip over a Tyranodrone. He dodges an attack and elbows the same Tyranodrone. He elbows one behind him. Conner throws his stick for the Tyranodrones to catch. They catch it, and Conner tries to kick them in one motion but nothing happens. Conner then hits his own stick and it flies in the air. Conner tells them, "I'll take that." Conner catches his staff and spins around, hitting both Tyranodrones. Conner tells the rest of the Tyranodrones, "Come on!" The Tyranodrones disappear through the invisiportal. The Rangers run up and Kira points out, "That got em'." Ethan says, "Yeah!" Kira calls into her Dino Morpher and says, "Dr. O, we're heading to the beach."

Tommy is shown doing a high kick that misses. Then, he side kicks Megalodor away. He fires a blast that forces Tommy to jump off the third story building. He morphs into the Black Dino Ranger during his descent. He lands perfectly and tells himself, "That was close." Tommy looks to his right to see his students running towards him. They stop a few feet away from her and Conner says, "Dr. O." Kira asks, "You ok?" We see Nikki looking at her nails, coming from the lower level of the building. Conner points out, "Hey, it's Nikki!" Conner spreads his arms out and tells her, "Check it out baby, it's all about the red." Ethan steps out in-front of him and tells her unless she prefers a kinder gentler Power Ranger. Ethan holds his chin. Conner goes up to him and asks, "What?" Megalodor is on the top floor and tells her, "I'm not finished with you yet." Tommy looks up and yells, "Watch out!" Megalodor has a flower out and fires a green beam from it. It makes a big explosion and hits the Rangers. Dr. Oliver smacks his head and says, "Oh man!" Megalador jumps to the ground right behind Nikki (who is still looking at her nails) and grabs her. He teleports away with her through the invisiportal. Tommy runs over to his students and asks if they're ok. Kira says from now on, to check their hormones at the door before they morph. Tommy says, "Let's get back to the lab." They "run" to the lab, and also past the big rock which nests a Dino Egg.

At the Mercer residence, Dr. Mercer is checking out is cabinet. Trent walks by. Dr. Mercer tells his son, "You're late son and you know how I value punctuality." Trent stops and says he knows and says he "kinda" had plans. Dr. Mercer tells his son he has plans too and says he won't be around forever. Trent asks, "Where are you going?" Dr. Mercer reaches for something and says, "Nowhere for now, but, if anything unforseen should happen to me, I need to know that the family business will be in good hands. Can you, understand that?" Trent says he can and walks off. Dr. Mercer looks at something to the right.

Someone looks to be stuck and drowning in the water (Devin). A lifeguard stands up and says, "Oh!" (Cassidy). The lifeguard gets her binoculars and takes a look. Devin raises his arm and yells "Help!" again. Cassidy gets off her post, gets her rescue board, and runs into the water (Baywatch style with the slowed shot). Devin waves his arms at the lifeguard. She drops the board and they're already on shore where Devin puts his arm around Cassidy to help him ashore. Devin looks like he really has drowned while Cassidy seems to be enjoying it. Cassidy lets go of Devin and he actually falls. The camera's view is being shown. Cassidy says, "And cut!" Devin asks, "How was that?" He goes onto saying water going up his knees or something like that. Cassidy says she knows but says they're going to have to do another take. She tells Devin to really drown himself this time. Devin says "Right" and runs back into the water. Cassidy looks into the camera, brushes her hair, and tells Nikki, "We'll see who the real star is." Cassidy runs back into the water. She yells, "Action!" as she goes into the water.

In Mesogog's castle, we hear Nikki telling someone to let her go. Zeltrax has Nikki strapped down in "the chair". Nikki asks, "Do you know who I am?" Zeltrax makes the chair go in circles by pulling it. Nikki says once again to let her go. Megalodor and Elsa watch Nikki. They both laugh and Elsa walks up to her, saying, "She don't look so perfect to me." Nikki tells her she's in big trouble. Elsa sarcastically says, "Ooh, I'm not the one strapped to a chair now am I?" Nikki says she's a famous celebrity and tells them they can't treat her like this. Nikki says there are union rules. All the villians laugh. Elsa turns around real quick.

At Dr. Oliver's house, we hear Ethan saying, "This is not good." Ethan and Conner are looking at themselves in the mirror, and they appear to have rashes all over their faces. Tommy walks by and tells them they were lucky that they were morphed because it could have been a lot worse. Conner appears to have one in his nose because he's picking at it. Conner says he can't believe it, he asks how is he supposed to save Nikki with his face. Ethan says his looks like it should be delivered in 30 minutes or less. Kira tells them most people could look past their rashes and see the person on the inside. Conner says, "Ok, Nikki Valentina is not like most of us." Kira responds, "Two arms, two legs, all seems the same to me." Ethan says not to mention the rest of her. Tommy walks by and tells them it seems Mesogog shares their infatuation. Hayley is at Tommy's computer and tells Tommy that Mesogog has firewalled the invisiportals. She says not even the Raptor Cycles can even get in. This causes Tommy to think.

We hear Nikki yell, "Help!" in Mesogog's castle. She continues to scream out "Help!" She does it one more time.

Mesogog and Zeltrax approach Nikki. Zeltrax tells his master, "Here she is my lord." Mesogog looks and tells Nikki he likes her energy. He tells her, "Your DNA is pure evil." Zeltrax releases one of the belts at her feet. Nikki says she has been looking for dark roles but says she doesn't know if she's right for pure evil. All the belts are released and Mesgog gets in Nikki's face, "Trust me, you're ready." This makes Nikki uncomfortable. Mesogog tells Zeltrax to take her to the energy transfer chamber to ready her for the purge. Zeltrax points at Nikki and tells her, "Resistance is futile." He extends a hand and helps Nikki up. Nikki gets up willingly. Nikki says she was up for that part and still remembers the audition. Nikki tells Zeltrax, "And something like this." Nikki steps on Zeltrax's foot. Bare foot, Nikki runs away. Zeltrax yells out, "My toes, stop!" Nikki runs into an invisiportal and is teleported away. Zeltrax reaches out but still shows signs of getting his foot stepped on. Nikki is transported back to the beach. She looks around.

Hayley turns around in her chair and says she doesn't know how but says she has made it out. We see on the six viewing screens Nikki alone on the beach. Ethan says, "Yeah, go Nikki! I told you she was smart!" Kira says, "Yeah, as a bag of hammers." Nikki is shown walking off on the screen when Megalodor appears behind her. Tommy says, "Should of seen that one coming." Tommy gets up and tells Hayley to keep tracking the egg. Hayley says she will and tells Tommy "good luck". Tommy asks everyone, "Ready?" The Rangers get out their morphers and morph.

It appears Megalodor and Nikki have already confronted because they're side-to-side when the Rangers show up. Megalodor says, "You again?" Conner tells Nikki she's safe now. Beside Megalodor is Zeltrax. Zeltrax says, "Not for long" and points his sword. The Rangers get in battle position. Zeltrax and the Rangers go at it. Nikki says, "So not in my contract." She throws Megalodor's arm off of her and walks off. Megalodor yells, "Come back!" Tommy misses a high kick on Zeltrax. Ethan kicks past Megalodor. Conner blocks a kick from Megalodor but takes a few steps back. Kira tries to outpower Megalodor but gets spun around. She lands on her feet and tries a 1-2 kick in the air that forces Megalodor to take a few steps back. Ethan comes up from behind and Megalodor grabs his arm. He fires a blast that nails Kira and Conner. Nikki runs by Devin who is on his camera. Devin says, "Ok Cass, action!" and then stops to look at Nikki. Megalodor says, "Let's see how you look after a little flower power!" Devin looks around and then says, "Watch out!" Nikki continues to run and we get a blur of the two running. Megalodor fires the flower and Devin dives at Nikki to save her from the blast. He catches her and they roll a few times across the sand. Devin is on top of Nikki and asks if she's alright. Nikki tells him he's even braver than a Power Ranger and asks him if he's ever though of a career as an action hero. Devin just stares at her. Megalodor fires his another blast from the flower that sends the Rangers into the air and back. Zeltrax and Tommy clash swords and Tommy makes a move back to try a sweep kick that misses. Tommy tries a kick from his side but it is blocked by Zeltrax. Tommy does a move to avoid getting hit. Devin tells Nikki, "An action hero huh?" Nikki says, "Yeah." Cassidy yells, "Hello? I just saved your life! Doesn't anyone care?" Cassidy carries the rescue board and a dummy. Nikki says it's not easy though and says everyone wants a piece of her. They both stand up and Nikki says, "Can I get an autograph? Can I have your DNA, it never stops." Devin says, "Yeah, I mean it must be so hard knowing that millions love you. Isn't that why you became a TV star?" Nikki says, "No, I just want to be rich and lots of stuff and marry a rock star and have more houses than J-Lo." Nikki walks off. Devin looks over and says to himself, "Oh boy." Off to the side is Cassidy with the dummy. Cassidy says, "Woah, that is shallow, even for me." She looks over at the dummy with some interest and then throws it then. Megalodor tries a blast at the incoming Kira. Kira just rolls on the ground to avoid getting hit. Kira tries a back hand but gets flipped over for her efforts. Conner tries a punch. Ethan gets hit with a spark and spins to the ground. Conner goes for a missle kick but gets hit and lands with his teammates. Megalodor runs off. Conner tells the group, "Come on!" The Rangers run after Megalodor. Tommy backs up and kicks Zeltrax's sword while on the ground. He then kicks Zeltrax on his side. Zeltrax flies back and fires his sword. Tommy does a horizontal spin. Megalodor tries to keep running but the Rangers catch up. They face off. Conner points and tells him, "It's time you learned a lesson." Ethan says, "Yeah, like don't blast people with a ray that turns their face into pepperoni pizza." Kira tells him, "Good one Ethan." Ethan asks, "Really?" Kira says, "No." Kira prepares to fight. Megalodor fires a blast that causes the group to roll out of the way in opposite directions. Zeltrax fires a blast on the ground and Tommy flies back in the air, untouched. Tommy and Zeltrax leap into the air and they meet. They turn each other around and for awhile, it just stays that way. They split up with no one getting the advantage.

At Dr. Oliver's lab, Hayley is telling herself, "Almost, yes, got it!" We see the location of the egg from earlier behind the rock.

Tommy tries a kick on Zeltrax that is blocked. He tries to hit Zeltrax with his Brachio Staff but Zeltrax ducks just in time. They clash swords. Tommy grabs Zeltrax's arm and goes under it to get behind Zeltrax (like they do on COPS). Tommy tells Zeltrax, "I'm having some serious Deja Vu Zeltrax!" Zeltrax turns around and performs the same move on Tommy. Zeltrax tells him, "This is far from over." He kicks Tommy's leg and he goes to his knees. Zeltrax says he will return and they will all pay. Tommy punches Zeltrax and Zeltrax runs off. The invisiportal takes him away. Tommy just looks on.

With the Rangers, they are still battling Megalodor. Conner takes a big hit. Ethan tries a soft kick that is blocked. Megalodor blocks punches from both Kira and Ethan. Megalodor ducks under Kira's kick. Conner gets back up and gives a nice kick to Megalodor that sends him back a bit. Conner tells the group, "Ok guys, let's give this freak a blast!" They get out their Thundermax Sabres in blaster mode and fire them at Megalador. Megalador is hit. Ethan stands with his blaster and says, "Yeah!"

We see Hayley going to get the egg. She tells herself, "It must be here!" Hayley looks behind the rock and sees it, saying, "Ah hah!" Hayley tells it, "Hey little guy." Hayley looks around for anyone and walks off.

Megalodor struggles to get up. Ethan raises his fist and says, "Let's put 'em together." They form the Z-Rex Blaster. They fire it and Megalador blows up. Elsa watches on the screen Megalodor blowing up. She grumbles and Mesgogo stands in-front of the screen. Mesogog tells her, "Don't just stand there, activate the Hydro Regenerator." Zeltrax and Elsa are standing side-to-side. Elsa says, "Yes my lord." Elsa pushes a lever up and a black cloud forms in the sky. It rains water and Megalodor is giant. Megalador says, "Now I'm the big fish!" He laughs a bit. Tommy calls into his morpher for the Brachio Zord. The Brachio Zord releases the three Dino Zords. The Rangers board their zords and the Thundersaurus Megazord transformation begins. Megalodor runs at the megazord and claims he's the catch of the day. The two giants clash and the Thundersaurus Megazord is having its way with Megalodor, hitting it with the Tyranno's tail and the Tricera's head on its hands. Megalodor falls back but lands on his feet. Megalodor tells them they've asked for it. He fires a burst of water from the fish head on his chest. This causes the Rangers to fly out of their Zords and onto the ground. Tommy goes over to them and asks if they're alright. Conner says, "Something's fishy." Megalodor says, "Look at that swell. Surf's up!" Megalodor disappears into the water. He rises from the water and says, "I summon the great power of the tsunami!" Kira says it's a tidal wave. The Rangers just stand there and look up. We hear a screeching tire noise and the Rangers look back to see Hayley making a sharp turn with Tommy's jeep. Hayley has the egg in the passenger seat (not seat belted though) and tells the Rangers she's found the egg. She picks it up and tosses it. Ethan luckily catches it. Ethan says, "Got it." after looking at it for two whole seconds. He's about to give it to Tommy when his morpher glows. A Dino Brace emerges on his morpher. Ethan is amazed and the morpher causes the egg to activate. Ethan says he thinks its hatching. The egg breaks and reveals a small, four-legged dinosaur. Tommy takes a look. Ethan says, "Awesome!" The dinosaur jumps from Ethan's hand onto the ground and instantly grows. Tommy says it's the Stegozord. Tommy takes the two broken shells. Megalodor continues to summon the tsunami. The Rangers don't forget about Megalodor and look back at him. Tommy says, "Ok guys, we've got a new friend. Use your telepathy to tame the Stegozord and combine with it." Conner says, "All right!" The Rangers re-board their Dino Zords. They say, "Online." The Thundersaurus Megazord looks ready to battle again. The Stegozord slowly walks through the city. The spikes on its back split in two, revealing something on its back. Conner says, "It's working!" The Thundersaurus Megazord jumps in the air and gets on the Stegozord's back. The Stegozord stops walking as the Thundersaurus Megazord prepares to do something. Kira says, "Now it's our turn." Conner says, "Let's turn this fool into a plate of sushi." Ethan says, "Talk about a fish out of water." The Stegozord leaps into the water. The tsunami comes as Megalodor asks, "Hey, where'd you get that?" The Stegozord rides the wave on the side. The Rangers say, "Hanging 10!" The Thundersaurus Megazord rides past the wave and the Stegozord's spikes nail Megalodor as it goes by. There appears to be a tsunami hitting Reefside City. The Stegozord rides up and over the huge wave. The Rangers call for the Dino Drill. It nails Megalodor and he blows up. The explosion causes the tsunami to disappear. The Rangers celebrate inside the cockpit. The new Megazord addition takes a pose for the camera.

We're at the Mercer residence. Dr. Mercer walks into Trent's room and tells him he's glad to see him studying. Dr. Mercer picks up a book on Trent's desk and says he hopes it's relevant to the business at hand. Trent says, "Yep, just working on some figures." Dr. Mercer takes a look over his son's shoulder. Dr. Mercer says, "Good, good." He pats Trent's back. Trent doesn't look amused. Dr. Mercer tells him all he has to do is put his mind to it and he can do anything. Trent nodds with approval and says, "Yeah". Trent smiles at his dad. He removes a piece of paper with numbers on it and we see his drawing book with a picture of somebody wearing a mask. He continues working on it.

We see Nikki in her makeup studio and someone says, "There she is!" Conner and Ethan are walking. Conner tells Ethan to let him do the talking. Ethan says, "Oh yeah right!" Nikki says, "If I have to talk to anymore annoying love-struck fans, I'm gonna barf in my coffee cup." This causes Conner and Ethan to back off a little. Kira walks up to the two and asks if they've put the moves on Nikki. Kira walks towards them and Conner and Ethan back up. Ethan says, "No, turns out." Conner throws his arm down and says, "She is whack!" Kira tells them, "Well guys, I'd say you've learned a valuable lesson." Conner says, "What, stick with the cheerleaders?" Ethan says, "He's kidding, you know, can't judge a book by its cover." Ethan and Conner take a seat on a picnic table. Ethan says he's going to find one like Nikki's. Conner just throws an arm out. Kira just looks on. We hear love music to go along with Ethan's day-dreaming. He sees Nikki about to do a scene. We hear, "Set, and action!" Nikki is about to perform CPR on, Devin! Cassidy says, "I don't like her. Not one little bit." She's watching the action when a producer steps in-front and tells her, "Excuse me, you're distracting the actors. You're gonna have to leave." Cassidy says they can't do that to her because she's with the press and she has a pass. The producer grabs her by the hand and walks her off. Cassidy says, "Hello?" Nikki brushes her hair and runs off. Devin has a huge smile on his face as he gets up. Cassidy is telling the producer, "They know me!" She appears to have run into people she knows and tries to convince the producer that they know her. It is Ethan, Kira, and Conner, and they just walk by spreading their arms out. Cassidy continues to get escorted out as the Rangers just laugh and walk towards somewhere.
